• Drive results by challenging the Global Business Management team constructively by collaborating with the Business leaders and his direct reports through pro-active support in realizing the plans and targets.• Leading role in the budgeting and forecasting process.• Responsible for providing accurate management reports, analyses, and advice (to) Management on Turnover, Gross Margin, P&L, and Cash Flow evolution and advice on areas of financial risks and opportunities.• Leading role in forwarding looking reporting, advising Management on overall Forecast and Sales Funnel evolution and anticipating cost measures or resource constraints.• Duly report, analyze and advise on results to Global Business Management and the Executive Committee.• M&A analysis.

• Reporting to CEO, Responsible for financial planning, accounting, cost accounting, fiscal, treasury, credit and collection, internal auditing, procurement, IT and operations including 15 subsidiaries across Brazil and two subsidiaries in Europe, leading a team of 95 employees;• Act as partner of the CEO on all operational and strategic issues; provide recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification, allocation and revenue/expense analysis;• Manage long-range and annual planning, coupled with budget reviews;• Oversee cash, investments and asset management;• Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures;• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial and management reporting;• Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements;• Coordinate audits and proper filling of tax files;• Assure that all new Fiscal and Accounting legistations are implemented;• Suport external auditing team;

• Participate in the annual plan, April update and LBE processes for Brazil’s Abbott Pharmaceutical Division (AI) - US$443MM• Prepare actuals financial analysis vs several benchmarks for AI• Consolidate, validate and analyze the Financial data to be reported to HQ.• Prepare and provide monthly sales and margin reports and analyses to financial (Brazil and LA), commercial and top management teams;• Develop and prepare viability analysis of AI’s new business and new products;

• Participate in the annual plan, April update and LBE processes for Brazil’s Abbott Diagnostics Division and Abbott Molecular Division (ADD and AMD) - US$100MM• Prepare actuals financial analysis vs several benchmarks for ADD and AMD.• Consolidate, validate and analyze the Financial data to be reported to HQ.• Prepare and provide monthly sales and margin reports and analyses to financial (Brazil and LA), commercial and top management teams;• Develop and prepare viability analysis of ADD’s and AMD's new business and new products;

Main Roles:• Prepare and provide Brazil’s Gillette Commercial Operations Departmental Expenses Control reports and analyses to financial, commercial and top management;• Consolidate, validate, and analyze the Financial data to be reported to HQ.• Develop and prepare USGAAP and Managerial financial reports;• Participate in the annual plan, April update and LBE processes for Brazil’s US$120M Duracell and US$30M Oral B line;
