In this role, I achieved a consistent 100% YoY growth for 3 consecutive years by successfully expanding the company’s presence across major European markets, including Spain, Italy, France and Germany.My key tasks included:• Driving new business opportunities in the sports industry.• Defining and implementing market strategies to achieve sales goals.• Planning and executing campaigns and activations in partnership with major brands like Nike, Reebok, Under Armour, Foodspring, and Hyrox.• Negotiating agreements and drafting contracts with brands, athletes, events, media, and suppliers.• Managing long-term relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including athletes, celebrities, and brands.• Designing and organizing events and activations.• Overseeing influencer marketing efforts, including managing relationships with Olympic athletes, sports stars, and celebrities.• Handling affiliate marketing management.• Coaching new market managers.

I founded an online platform for sharing industrial equipment called Prestamelo.it. This project won first prize at the European competition "App Abruzzo," earning a €70,000 prize.Additionally, Prestamelo.it was supported through the Incubation and Acceleration Program at Polihub (Fondazione Politecnico di Milano). This program was funded by the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) through F.I.R.A. SPA, in partnership with Dpixel S.R.L. (Venture Capital) and IAG (Italian Angels for Growth).

For nine years, I have been actively involved in sales at a family-run company located in Italy. This experience has been a valuable "school of life" for me, as it has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.

During my university studies, I completed a 6 months internship as a Gate Operator at the Aeroporto d'Abruzzo (Abruzzo Airport). My main responsibilities were customer reception, managing communication flows with the customer, and identifying potential risk factors for passenger safety. This experience allowed me to develop strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to identify and assess potential safety risks.
