• In charge of the majority of ongoing, day-to-day, group operations for large TPA/Reseller clients with the expectation of a tailored approach to each based on an assessment of the client’s needs/priorities/opportunities.• Developed and maintained client overview summaries for TPA/Reseller clients that outline key contract, product, billing, eligibility, marketing, reporting needs, and client-specific configuration nuances.• Responsible for proactive partner/client outreach schedule and required to demonstrate expertise on the features, benefits, engagement processes, and key reporting measures of value for the chronic care, mental health, and primary care products that are currently offered by the clients.• Maintained a complete and accurate accounting of client-facing open items, owners, next steps, critical dependencies, and target dates to keep the clients up-to-date and informed.
