- Verifica delle specifiche di progetto relative alla documentazione;- Gestione documentazione mediante software PSP Pro i progetti assegnati;- Gestione invii documenti al cliente ,verificando il rispetto delle tempistiche;- Gestione ricezione e distribuzione dei documenti agli uffici competenti, verificando il rispetto delle tempistiche;- Rapporto diretto con cliente per evidenziare eventuali criticità legate a documentazione- Segnalazione eventuali criticità al responsabile di progetto, al responsabile dell’ufficio o allaDirezione;- Preparazione documenti specifici (SDR, indice data book, ecc.) e relativa revisione in caso dicommenti Cliente;- Preparazione data book e passaporti.- Correzione disegni tecnici commerciali con AUTOCAD 2D/3D- In fase di offerta ai commerciali quotazione della documentazione richiesta; - Coordinamento con il responsabile dell’ufficio le vertenze di insoluto relative alla documentazione;- Coordinamento con il responsabile dell’ufficio la distribuzione dei Workload report e dei Not Return report;- Partecipazione ai meeting con i clienti Daily activity:- At the arrival of each order, check the project specifications relating to the documentation;- Manage the documentation through software PSP Pro;- Manage the sending and receiving of documents to the customer for assigned projects, checking compliance with the deadlines;- Manage the receipt and distribution of documents to the competent offices for theassigned projects, verifying compliance with deadlines;- Relate personally with the customer to highlight any critical issuessending or receiving documents;- Report any problems to the project manager, the office manager orManagement, and coordinates the necessary actions with the aforementioned;- Solicit documentation to customers and various offices;- Prepare specific documents (sdr, data book index, etc.) and relative revision in case of comments Customer;- Prepare data books and passports- When necessary, modify / correct commercial technical drawings- Provide the quotation of the requested documentation during the offer to the sales representatives; - Coordinate the disputes relating to the documentation with the office manager;- Coordinate the distribution of Workload reports and Not Return reports with the office manager;- Participate in meetings with customers if project documentation needs to be discussed.
