In the first months of my experience I worked on several projects, including:- Company building on an innovative supply chain finance solution: PM, competitor analysis, commercial pipeline management, support for the definition of equity financial instruments and stock options- Definition of the digitalization service for a large Italian bank

We have decided to transform it into an opportunity to make the place where we live slightly better.XY+ is a project which aims to create a learning path for sexual education, constantly updated and part of the educational curriculum of Italian schools. In order to achieve our target, we work with companies, organizations and schools willing to implement those courses in their classes.

The team I have been part of was focusing on the innovative components of different projects, supporting Operations. I played the role of Project Manager and Product Owner, working as an interface between our suppliers of digital and hardware solutions, and the internal stakeholders, in general managers of other departments.

Started as a bachelor thesis experience when the startup was in the initial phase, I became a minority shareholder when the company was established.During the year and a half spent in this small reality, I had the chance to learn a lot:- As a Community Manager, I was responsible for managing the testers of the app during the software development: from this experience, I learned how to proceed to develop an application and which tools can be used to track this process in the best way;- During the definition of the marketing strategy, I worked with a communication agency, learning about communication and digital marketing;- Last but not least, I had the pleasure of interact with IT engineers: this has improved not only my professionalism but also my aptitude, due to the differences in our backgrounds.Bachelor thesis title in Marketing developed through this experience: "Market analysis for the development of a social app: the JoinMeApp case" - Supervisor: Prof. Nicoletta Buratti
