As a Sales District Leader I am responsible for 12-18 salesmen and have managed $4 to $10 million dollars across 30 to 300 stores. I have had the pleasure of working with customers such as Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, C-store, Drug stores, Dollar stores, and Independent stores. I wear many hats, most notable job responsibility are growing and cultivating the strongest salesforce. I do this by leading, motivating, and aligning my team on short and long term goals. I am also responsible for selling to customers at corporate and store level, controlling district P&L, and performing monthly district meeting. While in my role I have gained key account manager experience, analysed data to help grow key categories and increase market share. My true passion is working with people and passing on my knowledge and watching them become successful. Transferring capabilities is extremely rewarding to me.
