- Management of 3 people - Responding promptly to customer complaints using the 8D methodology supported by analysis tools such as cause and effect diagrams and 5 whys- Implementing the lean production methodology in the plant with the goal to minimize the scrap rate- Defining the correct procedures for effective implementation of ISO TS 16949- Organizing and managing the audit requested by customers as well as the visits to their plants for assistance in case of quality issues- PPAP submission within the target date and monitoring the capability of the requested processes- Auditing the critical suppliers and cooperating with them in the identification of the improvement plans in case of deviations from the agreed target
