Service Delivery Manager for the BNL Centralized VoIP Telephony service, responsible for the BNL VoIP assurance team daily operations, assuring operations are performed within the target SLA. Primary point of contact for all operations tasks affecting or related to the service including: Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Asset and Capacity management.From technical point of view VoIP Telephony service is based on Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) platform distributed in two Data Centers in a fault tolerant architecture.The position is located at customer site using as single tool for the overall service management BMC Remedy IT Management Suite.

Client Services Program Manager in the JDSU “Support&Services” organization; I’m involved in the entire project end-to-end lifecycle (pre sales/post sales) activities on European projects (Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Germany), acting as the primary contact for the running projects in the assigned accounts.
