Member of the EMEA Marketing & Business Development Team I've currently have the responsability of driving the long term profitable growth of the Refinish Business Unit in the EMEA region through the development and implementation of:• A Business Solutions strategy targeted at the improvement of distributors and end-users loyalty towards PPG and a better alignment with influencers• A brand positioning and brand differentiation strategy targeted at the maximization of PPG’s brand capital value in the marketplace.

Ensure long-term profitable growth of the Refinish Business Unit in the area of responsability through the development and implementation of the value-added strategy.Increase competitiveness, customer loyalty and reduce churn.Identify local organizational structure and resources required to implement the strategy.As a member of the European Marketing team, share knowledge and best practices with the other members of the team in order to improve PPG´s overall value preposition.

Responsabilidad comercial directa sobre la cifra de negocio asignada. Venta directa a distribuidores, Concesiones y talleres especialistas en neumáticos. A su vez, responsabilidad técnica sobre atención de reclamaciones referentes al producto comercializado (neumáticos).
