Additionally, I am responsible for the development and implementation of strategic projects aimed at service innovation, sometimes working closely with institutional and political figures.My skills include:Personnel management and operational leadership, overseeing teams of people and resources providing services across a wide geographical area;Service design and planning, ensuring proper service execution from the initial planning stage through to implementation;Planning and supervision of regulatory compliance and facility authorizations;Monitoring workplace safety standards (in the role of supervisor);Experience working in highly regulated and complex sectors.Key tasks:Personnel management: Welcoming new employees, assigning shifts, managing vacations and leave requests, and supervising and coordinating daily activities and services.Workplace safety: Training personnel on safety procedures and managing risk reports.Regulatory compliance: Constantly verifying that collection centers comply with environmental and safety regulations.Strategic projects: Developing and implementing initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and reducing environmental impact.Liaison between corporate levels: Acting as a bridge between senior management and the operational workforce, providing quick and effective solutions.
