The majority of this reporting needs to be sent on a quarterly basis to the US FED.• Quarterly review of asset valuations’ accuracy (including analysing all the hypothesis taken in the valuation), not only for Spanish assets, but also for some German and Italian ones.• Based on the previous underwriting, provide recommendation for loan acquisition.• Maintain a database of the Spanish Commercial Real Estate Operations in order to be able to proactively suggest new debt opportunities. • Coordinating risk team and asset managers to improve internal valuations.• Train other members of the platform about different issues that might arise.• Financial modelling in Argus Enterprise and in Excel (10 yrs DCF, calculation of NPV, etc.), including cashflow modelling from the beginning.• Preparation of stress tests
