• Monitor investments and proactive portfolio management, analysing existing contracts and identifying potential client needs.• Identify, execute and negotiate new investments with existing relations, primarily through bilateral loans but also syndicated transactions mainly in Central America and the Caribbean regions.• Project structuring and execution, including analysis of financial performance data; analysis and evaluation potential risks related to the proposed transactions.• Draft due diligence reports and financial proposals.• Collaborate in the Sustainable Banking Initiative in Honduras, together with World Bank, IFC, the Honduran Banking association and the Honduran regulator.

• Manage the liquidity and funding needs of GE Capital (factoring branch).• Daily cash dispositions of funding entities• Renewal and maintenance of more than 150 loans, coordinating that each of the needful steps in order to refinance is done appropriately (including maintaining loan models, etc.).• Communication with Global Bankers to ensure that our operations get executed, including processing swift messages, wires to any country, etc.• Manage cashpools and liquidity lines.• Foreign Exchange (FX) risk management, including managing Derivative strategy for funding operations ($400MM derivative portfolio).• Execution of FX Swaps to cover FX Risk.• Presentation of the liquidity and FX metrics to the ALCO committee.• Deal with clients to help them solving any treasury issue that might arise.• Match assets and liabilities to minimise any possible interest rate risk.• Lead Treasury Projects related to FX, Cash management and liquidity• Provide support on-boarding new markets

• Quarterly preparation of internal valuations of all Commercial Real Estate portfolio, which includes Office buildings, logistic warehouses, premises, and shopping centers..• Underwriting of possible new operations (Debt, NPLs, Portfolio acquisitions). Since GE is a company with strong financial capabilities, I participated in the pricing not only of big loan portfolios, but also in acquisition finance.• Risk analysis of customers (including qualitative and quantitative analysis, including Balance sheet and P&L analysis), and monitoring the customers performance.• Managing relations with suppliers (valuators), and coordination of due diligences.• Risk Reporting, including the preparation of the risk classification of assets, calculation of Discount Rates, Capex analysis, Cap Rates calculation, coordinate with external companies to obtain Market Rent, and conciliation internal valuations with external ones. The majority of this reporting needs to be sent on a quarterly basis to the US FED.• Quarterly review of asset valuations’ accuracy (including analysing all the hypothesis taken in the valuation), not only for Spanish assets, but also for some German and Italian ones.• Based on the previous underwriting, provide recommendation for loan acquisition.• Maintain a database of the Spanish Commercial Real Estate Operations in order to be able to proactively suggest new debt opportunities. • Coordinating risk team and asset managers to improve internal valuations.• Train other members of the platform about different issues that might arise.• Financial modelling in Argus Enterprise and in Excel (10 yrs DCF, calculation of NPV, etc.), including cashflow modelling from the beginning.• Preparation of stress tests
