• Develop and execute a feasible and achievable production plan based on the demand (MPS) loaded while coordinating and managing the different areas to achieve the fulfillment on customer requirements.• Review and measure customer demand (Forecast) in accordance with the plant and material capacity to determine the proper resources to be used to meet the business objectives aim with the customer.• Demand analysis regarding material constraints in order to identify or prevent shortages and drive the necessary resources through the supply chain to cover loaded demand.• Optimization on the quantities to produce, avoid WIP, change over’s, production schedules, over times, scrap reduction.• Target of a 100% on time delivery orders within the customer commits.• Track and follow up any engineering change on the products to cut off any issue and execute them accordingly with the customer specifications.• Daily revision on the production status serving as an interface with the customer to meet their needs (Pull ins, push outs, allocations, cancellations, etc.) always providing the higher customer service.

Function: - Analysis, loading and setting of BOM’s in MRP system (SAP), MES (Jabil’s manufacturing/quality system), internal data base and documentation management, BOM categorization and follow of client requirements.- NPI: Pilot production runs follow-up.- Client’s ECN/ECO receipt and analysis.- ECN related systems setup, procurement of new materials/tooling, financial impact (FIA) and notification to client.- Management of internal changes to product, requested by other departments (QA, Inventory Control, Engineering, etc.)- Weekly review/follow-up of pending ECN’s, along with work cell and involved departments before implementation.- Functional area metrics follow-up: Load raw material specs into system, AVL maintenance, part numbers' set up in system, no ECN/ECO in past due.- Comparison of internal system BOM vs. client’s BOM, BOM's CRDs validation.

Function: - Customer’s open orders administration, with following based on customer’s priorities.- Direct interaction with client to keep track of daily shipments.- Assurance of 1.0 ratio between units shipped and units committed to client. - Administrate finished goods inventory and keep aging below 30 days.- Coordinate shipments to the customer along with logistics and inventory control departments.- Solving any issue / discrepancy in both invoicing of sales to client and product shipping.- Receipt and input of customers RMA’s.
