As an Operations Supervisor at Central Transport, I oversee the daily operations of one of the largest and most successful freight transportation companies in the nation. I am responsible for managing the staff, equipment, and customer service of the terminal, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards. I have successfully implemented process improvement initiatives that have increased productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction.In addition to my civilian career, I am a Commissioned Officer (Captain) in the Army National Guard, where I have served for over ten years. I have demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and resilience in various missions and training exercises. I have also developed skills in logistics management, planning, and coordination, which are transferable and valuable to my civilian career. I have successfully obtainted a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration on Supply Chain Management and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Arkansas, with a focus on information management. I am passionate about learning new skills and developing as a leader, and applying the experience and knowledge gained to improve the performance and outcomes of my organization. My goal is to leverage my MBA, leadership skills, and freight/transportation expertise to drive efficiency and growth in the logistics industry.
