I am an internationally trained lawyer, duly admitted and a member in good standing of the Peruvian Bar, and eligible to work in Canada. In August of 2013, I completed the requirements towards obtaining a Certificate of Qualifications from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.My work experience includes working as a lawyer for over 15 years in public, private and educational organizations, such as Federal and Municipal Revenue Agencies in Canada and in Peru; private organizations such as H&R Block in the United States of America and Volvo in Peru; and educational organizations such as Reeves College in Canada and the Northern Private University in Peru. Through all these years I have had the opportunity to work in various facets of legal practice, such as legal research, counseling, tax planning, performing detailed technical and legislative analysis, instructing diverse law subjects and developing social responsibility programs.Extensive volunteering involvement through service organizations providers of humanitarian services, as well as through Canadian organizations providers of support to newcomers and low income individuals.
