• Full delivery of a transactional security project working with Visa, Mastercard & Amex to consolidate efforts, achieving $1million USD in savings each year, as well as improving the transaction rate from authenticated to purchase 9% for the global operations in that environment (~2 million total transactions per year), and the customer complaints reducing 12% for total complaints in those operations.• Implementation of a business mapping process, successfully documenting the 14 internal processes using Visio and SIPOC methodology, with a total of 12 different stakeholders engaged and in compliance of the internal enterprise regulatory processes. • Internal point of contact in an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project that involved the mapping of the 6 main processes to automate, managing the scope since the beginning, an ensuring alignment with the Sponsor, achieving an 80% advance with a budget of ~500k USD, that led to a reduction in operative costs of $1 million USD yearly.
