After 25 years of experience in SMEs in the industrial sector with continuous contact with engineering and different people, I am especially attracted to complex challenges at the level of management, organization, and results. On the other hand, when the market experienced hard crises (construction, energy, logistics, pandemic) and the business suffered enormously for any medium-sized industrial company, I effectively led first the reconversion of the company (2008) and years later, the orderly and healthy closure of the organization in which I was .
