• Budget Vs Actual Analysis• Perform bank reconciliations and other reconciliations between the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and financial statements• Review Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll records to maintain internal control• Responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information provided to internal and external parties• Prepare Depreciation Schedule, record fixed-asset acquisitions and dispositions in the fixed-asset Excel workbook and general ledger, reconcile the balance in the fixed-asset Excel workbook with the summary-level account in the general ledger, and calculate depreciation for all fixed assets• Reviewing Financial Statements
