I am currently working as a Bilingual Metadata Analyst responsible for several data entry tasks, which require everything from light video editing, and tagging video data with various metadata attributes. building a database of US companies, brands, and products, consistent with existing company policies and procedures as well as auditing files and metadata entries for completion and proper organization.I have been an associate editor at a newspaper company in Nevada , publishing several articles ( Spanish and English ) . I have experience in writing, reporting, editing, and trasnlating as well as hosting radio shows and remotes for one of the leading Hispanic media networks, Univision. I also have extensive experience as a Teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. I am skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, Mentoring and Coaching, and Public Speaking. My varied experience has made me a strong information technology professional .My work as an ESL teacher has exposed me to many cultures and languages while my proficiency is in Spanish and English. I also worked for UHG as a inbound bilingual CS representative empowered to compassionately deliver an exceptional experience between 20 to 30 cases per day - always remembering members were looking for help, guidance, and support. helping them make informed decisions about their care services by answering their questions, resolving their issues or helping them enroll in and/or select a health plan
