Reporting to the CRM & Communication Manager, I lead a team of three direct reports.Piloting innovative processes and tools to establish and maintain business relationships with B2B clients with the purpose of increasing Synergie's positioning, market share and KPIs within the HR industry.Set up and management of CRM marketing activities, lead management and marketing automation campaigns, upselling and cross-selling on existing customers.Adopting a Marketing Automation tool (Microsoft Dynamics Marketing) to make sales promotions and campaigns more effective and efficient, by improving SLAs and return on investment.Monitoring KPIs and data analysis (Microsoft Power BI and Clik Sense) and generating impact scenarios to facilitate the decision-making process for both CRM and Marketing initiatives.Project Management, in charge of the strategic design and implementation of digital projects targeting digital touchpoints and channels, including the Synergie’s Web Site.Evolving Synergie presence on existing and new platforms to drive brand distinction and business impact.Participate in budget forecasting, scenario planning, and implement ruthless budget management.Ensuring costumer service innovation is at the forefront of all planning and execution across all (digital) channels.
