I.S.B. Srl is a dynamic medium company operating as a subcontractor in two business lines: Technical springs and sheet metal blanking with inside tooling construction.The annual turnover is about 14 mio€ employing about eighty people. Our customers manufacture technical devices, like motors, drives, clutches, hydraulic devices, car equipment, agricultural machines, Powertrain applications. In Automotive field they mostly are Tier1, in a few cases OEM.The company is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, UNI EN ISO 14001:2004In this context, in staff with the company Board, my main responsibilities are:Key AccountFollowing three automotive global groups, one is OEM the remaining two are Tier1. These three firms worth a few more than 30% of the total turnover of the company. My contribution is more focused, but not limited to the management of the out-Italy divisions of these customers. This role leads me to travel not only around all Europe but in the USA and the Far East, as those groups operate on a global basis.Export ManagerI also manage the sales activities regarding all the minor foreign customers. I lead the managing of each new project, new price list introductions, coordinating technical and quality communications.Sales DevelopmentSince our main goals are to keep a stable positive growth trend, introduce new customers and to extend our share among the existing ones, I am also dedicated to identify new opportunities and develop them.GoalsKey Accounts development; several new products introducedMany new projects awarded from Key AccountsCrisis solvingIntroduced more than twenty new accounts
