As an IT Specialist my role was to provide the ForgeRock subject matter expertise to support my clients with the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives. In addition to my responsibilities in project delivery, I enjoyed training and mentoring the internal team. • Maintained on-premises and AWS sites of ForgeRock Identity Platform. • Automated the installation process in order to easily install new instances of the platform. • Performed performance tuning in order to adhere to the desired throughput, of both ForgeRock OpenDJ and OpenAM. • Maintained, cloned, and patched Apache Tomcat / JBoss environments, which hosted the ForgeRock platform and applications. • Managed ~1.5 million customers identities in the ForgeRock Identity and Access Management platform. • Implemented authorization through centralized AM security policies in order to integrate applications, providing authentication, authorization and SSO. • Federated many applications using SAML2 and OAuth2 protocols. • Developed customized integrations. • Worked proactively in order to ensure that performance requirements were met, and the availability of the system was maintained in order to reduce downtime. • Supported incident management process during SEV1 and SEV2 incidents.
