I joined Noom as Marketing Director for LATAM and Spain. One of the most notable achievements was driving a 200% signup increase in emerging markets through paid marketing and growth strategies. This resulted in a significant improvement in the monthly cash flow, from $250k to $875k (+250%), while maintaining a positive ROI and a low customer acquisition cost.

SafetyWing (YCombinator 2018 and Series A by Creandum VC in 2021) develops insurance and financial products for remote companies and digital nomads. I managed the partnerships team that grew revenue +500% in 20 months by building an affiliate program and brand/strategic partnerships. The strategy was focused on introducing growth tactics and innovative marketing initiatives to the affiliate model.

I led and managed Skyscanner's strategy in affiliate marketing. - In doing so we built a cross-company affiliation team connecting prod-eng, networks management and other parts of the business to create an efficient affiliate channel.- Defined OKRs, best practices, guidelines, and KPIs. - Managed the business team as well as the relationships with our key partners (affiliate networks and publishers).
