The aim is to balance innovation and technical requirements with the yard associated economical constraints and quality requirements.To set up the product range we constantly evaluate the strength and weaknesses of each system to fit in where we are best suited. Focus is to generate higher profits offering tailored innovative solutions.By winning on a diverse range of models, we expand our offering introducing different solutions as patio doors, pantograph doors, flush electric sliding windows, sunroofs, windscreens and stainless electric awnings.Innovation and growth on a diversified product range lead to a close relation with our OEM customers that need to be followed on all sectors with the aim to keep strong and open business relations; with the product arriving on the best time frame and satisfying the clients quality expectations.One of my best skill is to be able to navigate in calm and rough water with honesty and integrity, achieving a steady relation with all positions in the yard, from the directors through to the last man in assistance.A sense of trust generates between all players and remains through time as a personal link with all clients.Positive day to day attitude, with an entrepreneurial mind-set taking full responsibility and accountability on all technical and economic issues.
