Benchmarking of new diversification opportunities.• Budget´s management and resources optimization.• Management of national and international teams. • Integration (S2S) and contract sign.• Traffic Data Analysis to choose the best product strategy.

I have had the opportunity of leading a team of 12 account managers. it was the base of all CPA business so I reported directly to our Head of Advertising. Moreover, I was responsible of linking Advertising with the other departments (IT, publishing, media buying…). It helped me for having a 360º vision of the business we had in our hands. In addition, I have participated in some of the processes of selecting new team members. Despite the selection, my role there, was be able to join us and teach to anybody the company´s philosophy.• Leadership and coordination of the national and international sales team.• Definition and identification of tech improvements for IT department. Link between IT and Marketing departments.• Customers’ potentiation and consolidation

Kimia is a mobile traffic performance network, we manage several networks of mobile entertainment sites and our core business is monetizing mobile Internet traffic through our partners/advertisers. We operate in over 100 markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America and we are world leader at what we do.Within the network my daily tasks include market analysis, campaign optimization and benchmarketing. As part of a professional tandem, I work closely with the business development team, giving analitical support and market insight.
