Accenture is also in charge of all IT infrastructure needed by Vodafone Turkey. Decision was to launch a V4 Filip Project on Vodafone core business in order to achieve simplification and cost savings. V4 Filip Project addresses specifically: new CRM, Charging processes and infrastructure.At the same time, the new application infrastructure will be enabler for other initiatives, especially redesign of procedures and improvement of web care capabilitiesAccenture was responsible to design and implement a new solution that cover all main areas of the Business Support Systems, i.e. CRM (Siebel), Billing (Kenan), Resource Management (Kenan), Intelligent Network (SurePay by Alcatel-Lucent), all of this integrated through robust integration layer based on TIBCO . Poste Mobile by leveraging wireless technology is able offer innovative and distinctive services to business and residential customers giving access by mobile phone to a list of distintictive postal and financial services.Accenture plays Mobile Virtual Network Enabler role for Poste Mobile.
