This is why I turned very early to management positions, where achieving objectives depended on the capability of creating a team, intelligently managing resources, taking constraints into account, and avoiding short-term vision.I was partner and manager of Praxi Group, one of the leading management consulting firms with Italian capital, co-founder and director of Fondazione Human+, a non-profit organization specializing in social research and operational applications). Currently I work as local manager of Como NexT, an italian innovation hub. I dealt with management control and budget issues, marketing and fund-raising, third sector regulations, personnel management, and work organization.
