• Set the appropriate technology framework and perform the actions that lead to the development of organizational skills in the institution• Develop the Annual Master Plan for Information Systems of the Public Health Sector of Venezuela, supervising the regional units and specific-purpose agencies, 42 different government agencies in total.• Develop all duties related to the executive management of large projects (more than USD 2,000,000) using the project management methodology created by PMI.• Manage the Operational and Strategic Processes Redesign Project (Business Process Reengineering).• Propose guidelines and regulations with regards to the administration, security and privacy of data in computer systems used by the Public Health Sector.• Oversee the Office of Information Technology and Communications (OTIC).
