During my internship at Grand Hotel Tremezzo as a Concierge, I had the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in the hospitality and customer service industry. I gained hands-on experience assisting guests with personalized requests, managing reservations, and providing impeccable customer service.A key aspect of my role was using professional systems like Opera PMS, which allowed me to manage guest profiles and process charges for services booked with the hotel. I also worked with Alice, a platform for managing guest requests (such as restaurant reservations, organizing excursions, private tours, transfer requests, and other personalized services). Additionally, I became familiar with TheFork, which I used to manage restaurant bookings for the internal dining venues at Grand Hotel Tremezzo.This internship enhanced my multitasking abilities, my ability to respond to guest requests professionally, and my efficiency in using hotel management software. It was a valuable experience that strengthened my problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a luxury hospitality environment.

I was in charge of doing the process of check-in and check-out respecting the Marriott Bonvoy Standards.I was doing the reports of Credit Limit and Upgrade Why By.I was taking care of the guests giving advices regarding restaurants, museums, attractions etc...I was working in an efficient teamwork managing big groups C.I. and C.O.I was managing the complains of the guests and the phone calls.

I did an internship during high school at the Chamber of Commerce in the "Valtellina Quality Agro-Food District" in the summer of 2021. During the internship I obtained a Google Online Marketing certification. I performed the reporting of the district. I had the task of drafting the editorial plan by making the posts to be published in the following 3 months and I participated in the photo shoots of recipes intended for publication on social channels.
