This includes training and written warnings.• Make sure SCS keeps a good relationship with law firms and providers ensuring the effective resolution of our cases providing feedback.• Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the SCS and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.• Identify trends and new opportunities when pulling up reports of open liens, pending lists, projections, metrics, providers performance, etc.• Ensure training opportunities to guarantee high-quality standards in the CSU process• Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled employees, with the awareness of unforeseen challenges such as scheduling.• Enforce office rules on the floor to ensure a clean workplace, this includes stocking supplies and maintaining clean restrooms and public spaces.• Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior.• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives simultaneously.
