I'm a Team Leader and Software Architect at Unisys, TCIS Services Practice.Working in Unisys I've had the opportunity to build a strong thecnical experience and now I'm able to span from Microsoft to Java/J2ee and open source environments.At now I'm involved in several project, mainly in B2B , B2C , Application Modernization and Service Integration areas, either for Customer internal puorposes either for National Wide project environments in which Customer are involved.Since Two years I'm also an Employees Tutor and a SME (Subject Matter Expert) acting as a tecnology referral for the Microsoft software and Solutions Area for other Unisys people and teams. My dailiy tasks include Teams and Projects management, Application Lifecycle management, Solutions design,technology scouting,new business discovery, technical proposals writing anda wide interaction with Clients to ensure relationships of trust. Working simultaneusly in more projects I've developed attitude in finding realtions between different scopes, this has proved to be very usefull in discovering new business vaue for the customer and for Unisys, and has given to me the ability to have a broad view over processes and environments.People says I act in a very strong result-oriented perspective, without leaving behind qualitative aspects.Specialties: Project and Team Management,Solutions design and development,Service Oriented Architectures,Client Relationship management.
