In line with the Group strategy and O&HR vision and priorities, to drive the core Talent and Career Management, Succession Management and Organization Development strategies and supporting processes within the Europe region and Trading. In close collaboration with Region, Area and country line and O&HR teams, to provide guidance, subject matter expertise and support to the business in these areas, multiplying and scaling the quality of these strategies and processes through the Region.- Assure Talent Management and Succession planning for key functions across the region- Active membership of the O&HR leadership team by full engagement as a member of the governance body for decision-making on key O&HR policies, procedures and related initiatives.- Actively promote a collaborative environment and assess Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)practices across the region- Manage the staffing process for the region, particularly into key regional roles and talent pools- Implement development and career moves for those in the regional talent pools- Collaborate with O&HR teams at Regional, Country and Corporate levels- Act as a business partner and HR contact in providing regional/country support for regionalleadership as regards people development- Drive Organizational Development and Change management at regional/country level- Create models and processes to support change management efforts – partnering with localO&HR in deployment- Participate in Group forums and initiatives, representing the region- Develop a continuous process improvement culture through the region in O&HR, including thefacilitation of collaboration, knowledge and best practice sharing.

Drive the core C&B regional processes in Europe in close collaboration with the local HR Directors and teams, and the Area management and line management. Act as a functional head and expert, providing guidance and support to the businesses in this area of expertise.- Design and implement the definition of incentive schemes, salary bands scheme and compensation and benefits regional strategy and the regional view on Performance Compensation Scheme implementation- Supervise the implementation of the Compensation and Benefits policies within Europe Region.- Set up and lead Regional Compensation and Benefits Committee- Coordinate Operational Companies (OpCos) to maintain country salary surveys to support the regional C&B principles and policies- Support the regional management remunerations strategy. - Monitors competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs- Represent Europe Region in meetings/projects related to Compensation and Benefits- Support the implementation of regional business goals in a consistent and structured approach through Dialogue- Supports management within the Region in compensation and benefit topics - Define, implement and lead the Regional HAY Committee to assure proper job evaluation according to the methodology- Implement and maintain a HAY job grading scheme, being the SPOC and trainer- Supervise the implementation in all Operating Companies, supporting them when necessary. - Evaluate Regional Organizations according to the defined methodology- Support OpCos in evaluations or re-evaluation projects- Manage the Regional International assignment processes since the candidate is selected- Support international transfers in cooperation with local, regional and corporate HR- Define the assignees compensation package, - Manage HR reporting related to performance management on regional level, HR KPI’s and scorecard- Coach local HR teams
