Acting as advisor to the Production Director, I participated directly in all functions related to production management, co-leading a team of 50 people. I studied the production process and performed the company's ERP parametrization in order to allow the use of the MRP and APS modules in production planning. I coordinated studies and continuous improvement projects.Main contributions:- I analyzed the production process in order to update and set new parameters in the company's ERP software;- I planned and managed the production of an accessory assembly line;- I remodeled the raw materials warehouse, increasing its storage footprint by 40%;- I launched and coordinated continuous improvement projects aiming the production organization and optimization;- I participated in the department's HR management - interviews; admissions; integration training; salary review; etc.;- I am currently responsible for the OHS, coordinating it internally and acting as the link with the external company responsible for OHS.

Murtede

Integrated in the Engineering Department, I had as main task the study of the cleaning processes in the seven production-lines of the factory. I performed surveys to obtain cycle times and loads for each cleaning machine. With that values, I calculated the productivities of each machine for the different products produced.Main Contributions:- I calculated and analyzed the occupancy rates of each cleaning machine;- I proposed location changes for cleaning machines in order to balance their occupancy rates (reducing the occupation of others approaching critical values​​);- I assisted in a project to buy a new cleaning machine, providing estimates of occupancy rates for the cleaning machines to different layout scenarios.
