I art directed all phases of the creative process, from design to development. I supervised designers, developers and interns, and collaborated with the Sr. VP of Technology and Sr. Director of Project Management to ensure the integration and timing of all online and offline projects while working effectively with agency clients, strategic partners, staff members, and outsourced providers. I took ownership of major client's projects to find the best solution for any given challenges.• I helped increase Ace Hardware inquiries by 15% and CQ by 20% resulting in 10 additional stores the first year.• I Implemented a new content management system (CMS), and launched and enhanced new websites for brands such as: The Ups Store, ARCO ampm, ACE Hardware, Proshred, Mr. Rooter, PostNet, Asher agency and many others; resulting in up to a 270% increase in web traffic, averaging over 200,00 unique visitors every month.• I Designed and developed advertisement games for consumer initiated engagement with brands such as, Mr. Rooter, Camp Bow Wow and The Maids, resulting in an average of 6 minutes of brand exposure per game played with a total of 45,366 hours of game plays.• Helped Filta, CertaPro Painters, Budget Blinds and Tailored Living to significantly improve conversion rates and increase website traffic through A/B testing.• Developed a website for The UPS Store that resulted in successfully reaching all of their key franchise development sales goals for 2013, including a lead goal of 23,500 leads.
