Joined as a consultant in Odgers Berndtson Management Consultants in 2013, later acquired and integrated by Deloitte in October 2016. Experience in executing +50 projects through all phases, including diagnosis, design and implementation in Spain, LATAM and UK. Most of the projects included financial targets (in terms of cost reduction, synergy capture or revenue increase). Detailed projects below.Managed multidisciplinar projects (in collaboration with Technology Consultancy, Digital, Financial Advisory) with more +20 team members.During my period in Deloitte, Business Unit grew from 35 people to a max of 120 people, multiplying revenue x3 in a 5 year period. Main projects:- New organizational and operational model of the financial area in a wholesale multinational Company (+2.000M$ revenues). Establishment of the main strategic lines and definition of 5-year Project road map - Creation of an “Efficiency office” in a transport company (+400M€ revenues) achieving savings of +5M€. Main areas of involvement: accounting (financial closure) and purchasing (contract renegotiation) - Profitability increase plan in a leading consumer goods company: logistic footprint optimization, commercial model, purchasing optimization and corporate costs reduction - Diagnosis and design of new operating model and business units for a leading postal and delivery company - Implementation of first 100 Days initiatives in a new CFO office for a manufacturing company in IBEX 35 - COVID-19 Crisis Office in main low-cost Spanish airlines: scenario reforecasts and implementation of cash control and cost avoidance measures - Post-merger integration initiatives implementation in consumer goods companies (+20M$ savings)- Design of a platform to optimize urban packaging distribution in main Spanish cities: operational model, business case definition, technological players coordination and commercial plan - Diagnosis, design and implementation of transformation initiatives (logistic, purchasing and retail profitability method) in petrol & gas retail company achieving savings of +40M$- Transformation Office Management for maintenance and operations leading airline

Main projects:- Development of a new route and fleet analysis for a legacy airline (+2.500M€ revenues), defining the required fleet for the expected demand in a 5-year period which would maximize overall profit of the company- New organizational model implementation (structure, governance, reporting and management model) in a distribution Company (13 countries, +2.000M$ revenues), achieving wages savings of 32% - Corporative sales channel definition and implementation in a distribution company (+20.000 clients, +50M$ revenues, 50 salesman team), increasing commercial activity (+270%) and sales (+25%)

Main projects:- Planning and controlling process optimization in a low-cost airline (+400M€ revenues): monthly closure and budgeting process, monthly results & KPIs follow-up, deviation analysis and strategic plan definition - Diagnosis, design and implementation of main financial processes: procure to pay (P2P), order to cash (O2C), record to report (R2R) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) - New operational and organizational model design and implementation in a machinery rental multinational Company (+30 branches, +40M€ revenues), achieving efficiency and increasing sales +12%
