Participation in business development and the definition of the company’s strategic plan. Participation in sectorial events and committees representing the company (ECB, EACHA, SWIFT, etc.). Speaker at sectorial events (Revolution Banking, Payment Trends, Congreso Internacional de CIOs, Innopayments, etc.). Institutional representation (Central Bank, Public Administration, banks, etc.). Presentation of proposals and reports to the Board of Directors. Member of the Management Committee.Main projects and milestones:- Development and implementation of sectorial projects: Cross-border Instant Payments, cards payments settlement, sectorial PoC for the distribution of the digital euro, etc.- Implementation of Agile methodology throughout the company.- Technological renewal of the platform: Migration from a monolithic architecture to microservices, containers and APIs. Batch migration from COBOL to Java.- Implementation of a big data & analytics platform in cloud. Development of a fraud prevention system based on Machine Learning.
