The Dreams Theatre is a 15-screen multiplex located in Madrid.As sales & Marketing Director, my objective was to develop and execute a aimed to achieve extra revenues besides those of ticket sales and F & B. The general plan was to get profits from the different spaces of the facilities, using them for publicity and presenting the 15 screens as a competitive place to hold company meetings, training courses, music concerts and product presentations.Results, from the opening in November 2003 until June 2006, almost 300.000 euros in extra revenues and also positioning the Dreams Cinema as Madrid´s 2nd and Spain´s 3d complex, as stated by EDI Nielsen information. Equidosa is the company in charge of design, construction and management of the "Dreams Palacio de Hielo" Shopping and Leisure Centre in Madrid.As Marketing Director, my duty was to prepare and execute the general marketing plan, designing and supervising all the Public Relations and general actions prior to the Centre´s Grand Opening. Due to my experience in the leisure centres industry, I also took part in the selection of the centre´s operators.

As management consultant specialised in the Leisure and Tourism industry, I performed reestructuration and modernisation projects in the "Real Club Pineda de Sevilla" (the most important one of the city, founded in 1940), as well as another project in the "Hotel Inglaterra" (86 rooms, now 150 years old).Results, a general management systems improvement and identified savings of more than 120.000 euros for the first year.

As the first director of the newly created leisure division in Jones Lang Lasalle, I was responsible of the kick-off and daily management of "Parc Vallès", Spain´s first Leisure centre located in Tarrassa, Barcelona.Results: set up of the working structure and procedures of the Centre; and a 40% increase of Jones Lang LaSalle´s income from this centre.
