As a Sales Support representative at The Local Pages, I helped support the outside sales representatives all throughout the western US. I assisted the sales reps with payroll questions, contract interpretation and account review. I reported to the Sales Operations Manager. I assisted the sales rep in collecting past debts, and speaking to potential customer's regarding our product and services to help close deals. The job required knowing the process of creating a phone book ad, and all the departments involved in that process. I was the only Spanish speaker at The Local Pages. - I assisted in translating headers in English to Spanish. Those translations were used all throughout the Western US.
