I have a broad experience in the organizational resilience field.I am currently the Managing Partner of PANTA RAY, which is one of the leading training and consulting companies in the continuity and resilience industry, the initiative leader of About Resilience, which is a thought leadership platform for practitioners, and - together with Vittoria Pietra - the co-host and co-creator of Youman Podcast, which aims to discuss topics that are strictly related to personal and professional resilience.I am also an Adjunct Professor of the "Security Management" course path at the Università di Roma Tor Vergata. As a National Expert for UNI - Ente Italiano di Normazione, I am a member of the ISO/TC 262 "Risk management" and the ISO/TC 292 "Security and resilience", for which I am also an active contributor to the WG2 "Continuity and organizational resilience", WG8 "Supply chain security" and WG9 "Crisis management". I was a member of the "National Committee for Cyber Security, Resilience and Business Continuity of Smart Grids" chaired by Prof. Paola Girdinio.In 2014, I became a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) and I contributed to found the BCI Italy Chapter, of which I was the Deputy Leader until December 2018. Between 2016 and 2019, I served on the BCI Risk & Governance Committee. I am among the authors of the 2018 BCI Good Practice Guidelines and I have been a BCI approved instructor for several years, until May 2022.In 2017, I got the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management issued by the Institute of Risk Management.I have graduated in Economics and Finance at the Università Bocconi with a final paper on the importance of crisis management in the banking system. I also attended a Master Class on Risk Management issued by SDA Bocconi.I am based in Milan (Italy), but I have a global reach.
