We started NewPublica to address a gap in the current public relations industry to provide expertise in the nuanced cross-cultural space. Hosted several Spanish radio and TV shows in the Twin Cities, including TV Station Univision Minnesota WUMN TV, from January 2020 until present, radio station KMNV 1400 & 1470 AM from January 2008 to June 2013 and La Picosa am 1530 from October 2013 to January 2015 and a Spanish talk show about education in La Raza KMNV 95.7 FM from October 2016 until 2018

Co-founded, lead and grew Latino Media company from 3 to 40 employees and from $60 thousand to close to $2 million in sales. LCN Media published weekly newspaper La Prensa de Minnesota, weekly entertainment publication Vida y Sabor, operated 24 hour Spanish radio stations La Invasora AM KMNV 1400 and KMNQ 1470 and had an events division. LCN also owned the Minneapolis Cinco de Mayo Festival that attracted over 40,000 attendees. Minneapolis LCN's media outlets reached over 100,000 Latinos every week in Minnesota. Lead in 2013 the transformation of Latino Communications Network into a Public Relations, Advertising, and Media firm that helps clients reach the Minnesota Latino community through paid, earned and social media and innovative marketing campaigns. LCN media continues to publish Vida y Sabor, La Prensa de Minnesota and Hispanic Yellow Pages Directory. LCN became a division of NewPublica, LLC on May 2015.
