At the end of a two-days workshop on Workplace Transformation led by an external partner (a big international IT firm...) to which I took part (and where, as usual, I put on the table many questions and interesting insights...), one of the partner's speakers told us "This is the IT world..."​ while describing a small square in the air using his fingers, and then he added "​... and this is Alberto's IT world!"​, describing another, larger, imaginary square around the first one...:DMy big passion in my job and in the IT world pushed me to naturally follow a sort of "IT personal evolution path"​, moving my interests and skills from traditional environments (desktops and servers, on-prem, standard applications), to virtualization up to mobility and cloud...In these years I developed a great experience in managing large environments (40.000+ clients).Being regularly involved in many IT projects, I had the opportunity to gain a 360° view of all the aspects to be considered when designing solutions on a large scale, to optimize deployment phase and to guarantee manageability.I always played a “decision maker” role, actively collaborating in identifying and designing solutions and identifying deployment techniques, as well as into the final tuning phase of the resulting environment.I’m able to write very good documentation, such as assessment documents, technical specifications, operation guides and user’s manuals.I speak a very good and clear Italian, with a large vocabulary and I personally feel myself very confident when speaking to any kind of audience.I can also speak and write in a very good English... Actually, my mantra is "english first": if you can speak and write in a good english you can be understood almost everywhere in the world.I’ve very good logical and analytical skills, which allow me to correctly split problems, to stay focused on relevant topics and to effectively analyze and solve issues.
