Country Manager
CurrentIn the role of Country Manager for the Spain, Portugal and Latin America markets, I carry out the following functions:- Definition of the Business Unit strategy- Reporting of the economic results of the Business Unit, reporting directly to the CEO- Direct management of a team of 8 professionals, distributed between the Turin and Madrid offices- Management of the Across branch in Madrid, consisting of an office of 4 people and constantly expanding- Direct management of the commercial team, dictating the strategy and commercial direction- Direct management of the most important customers in terms of billing for the Business Unit- Analysis of the economic, qualitative and quantitative results of the campaigns activated within the Business Unit- Direct management of the affiliation team, with a focus on the acquisition of new traffic sources available on the market as well as on the management and enhancement of existing ones- Supervision and strategy definition of cross-country traffic channels within the Group: Native, Programmatic, SEM, Social Media, SMS, Voice Call- Supervision and management of the technical and creative aspects of the campaigns, in close collaboration with the dedicated teamsThanks to the work done over the years, the Business Unit I manage has gone from 0% to 30% of turnover within the Group, reaching a result of over €5M in 2022.The team I manage has reached 8 people, with the additional support of the cross-country teams present within the group: Native, Programmatic, SEM, Social Media, SMS, Voice Call, Creatives, Developers.
