My managerial and networking abilities are directed to the aim of working hard to make my way within the Marketing and Managerial industry, with a strong tendency and knowledge about Digital Marketing.During my professional and academic career, I had the opportunity to acquire solid professional skills on this field, in particular about Social Media, having been part of exiting projects regarding the creation and management of marketing campaigns, brand promotions and product lines for various brands on different channels of communication (Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, more) and languages.My personal interests are related to the economic side of the life, the evolution of digital marketing, politics and psychology, for this reason I always like to keep informed about those topics.I am also a true lover of sports, particulary football and basketball, my real passions that I practice almost every day and since I was a child I nurtured a strong passion for travelling that I pursued with travels around Europe and moving myself firstly in Poland for an Erasmus experience and then in the United Kingdom where I had the pleasure to complete my studies with a MSc.I consider myself as a digital passionate and news junkie who loves to stay always updated about new market trends and digital activities!

    In the role of Country Manager for the Spain, Portugal and Latin America markets, I carry out the following functions:- Definition of the Business Unit strategy- Reporting of the economic results of the Business Unit, reporting directly to the CEO- Direct management of a team of 8 professionals, distributed between the Turin and Madrid offices- Management of the Across branch in Madrid, consisting of an office of 4 people and constantly expanding- Direct management of the commercial team, dictating the strategy and commercial direction- Direct management of the most important customers in terms of billing for the Business Unit- Analysis of the economic, qualitative and quantitative results of the campaigns activated within the Business Unit- Direct management of the affiliation team, with a focus on the acquisition of new traffic sources available on the market as well as on the management and enhancement of existing ones- Supervision and strategy definition of cross-country traffic channels within the Group: Native, Programmatic, SEM, Social Media, SMS, Voice Call- Supervision and management of the technical and creative aspects of the campaigns, in close collaboration with the dedicated teamsThanks to the work done over the years, the Business Unit I manage has gone from 0% to 30% of turnover within the Group, reaching a result of over €5M in 2022.The team I manage has reached 8 people, with the additional support of the cross-country teams present within the group: Native, Programmatic, SEM, Social Media, SMS, Voice Call, Creatives, Developers.
