Music composer, graduated in Piano at the Conservatorio di Musica in Verona (Italy) and in Composition & Music Theory at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana in Lugano with G. Verrando and N. Vassena. He attended Electronic Music classes with M. Tadini, J. Baboni-Schilingi and A. Vidolin, and attained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Electronic Music and Sound Design with F. Rosso at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana. He has recently attended the Advanced Course in Music & Technologies applied to Image at the Accademia di Cinema e Televisione Griffith in Rome.He has been active participant in several masterclasses in Piano, Composition (like Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena and Acanthes), and Film Music Composition (with L. Bacalov, V. Ramaglia, S. Maccagno).He has received important awards in various competitions: II Prize at the Piano International Music Competition "Paul Harris" in Verbania (Italy) (1998), Honour Mention at the European Composition Competition "Galleria d'Arte Moderna di Milano" (2009); 32nd Irino Prize for Chamber Music in Tokyo (Japan); in 2014 he has been selected among the finalists of the International Composition Contest "Feeding music" within Expo Milano 2015.As pianist, from 2005 to 2008 he played in the Modern and contemporary chamber music laboratory under the direction of R. Rivolta.In 2012 he collaborated in the writing of the volume "New lutherie: orchestration, grammar, aesthetics" by G. Verrando & VV.AA., Edizioni Suvini Zerboni - Milano, and in 2015 he has attended a Music Critics Course at the Festival Internazionale W. A. Mozart in Rovereto (Italy).He also studied Philosophy at the State University in Milan.He is currently music consultant, proofreader and transcriber at Casa Ricordi Srl in Milan.
