Alberto won a grant to attend the PhD School in Electronics, Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, receiving the Doctor of Philosophy. During his PhD, he was involved in many research, design and programming activities. His research has been mainly focused on the design and realization of Data Acquisition Systems, Hardware and Software setup and programming, Data Analysis and Post-processing, Kinematics and Dynamics of mechanical systems, Vibrations and Biomechanics. He is however a curious observer of the world and would like to expand his experiences in the field of research and development to other sectors. The dissemination of the results of the different projects is supported by scientific publications and by participation as speaker at national and international congresses and workshops, in which clear and direct communication skills are required. He was one of the PhD students’ delegates, tutor for academic courses, co-advisor of various theses. Later on, he also became teacher for the post bachelor program in Design and Development in Vehicle Dynamics in collaboration with Quattroruote & ASC (Automotive Safety Centre) Vairano, thus cultivating relationships with many experts in the automotive sector. He is also currently writing a monthly column for the magazine “Pc Professionale”, which allows him to keep up-to-date with new software and hardware developments.Nowadays, he is working as full-time consultant for Techedge S.p.A. Analytics and Insights area, dealing with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) platform and Oracle BI Enterprise Edition suite. Alongside with these technical competences, he excels in team working, communication and planning, qualities that drove him to achieve a position as leader of his team, thus improving customer satisfaction.Finally, Alberto is an official Fight Zone martial arts Instructor and WTKA Jeet Kune Do Senior Instructor, to further underline his versatility, dynamism, discipline and enthusiasm.
