Oversee operations of the Eta Chapter of Gamma Zeta Alpha Fraternity, Inc. by providing strategic facilitation of the executive board. Conferencing with fellow student leadership, campus organizations, and chapter advisory to organize external events and allow for efficient chapter management.

Documented weekly chapter meetings to keep a record of the various projects and events we were programming. Maintained active chapter updated with key dates and schedules to avoid time conflicts with internal and external commitments. Assisted the Chapter President with managing chapter operations by overseeing multiple chapter committees and transcribing emails on behalf of the chapter.

Introduced high students to UCLA by highlighting the on-campus resources, student benefits, student traditions, campus culture, and academic rigor of the #1 public university. Answered any inquiries relating to the college application process and the undergraduate experience.

Assisted with the management of the departmental student internship that consists of 50+ undergraduate students. Ensured daily departmental operations by training, delegating, and supervising the internship cohort on the front desk and basic needs collective protocols. Facilitated our weekly internship workshops that consisted of team building, professional development, community awareness, and personal growth.

Directed students to the department's student retention and basic needs resource services that are catered to 32,000+ students and community members. Maintained daily operations of departmental spaces by keeping areas cleaned and restocking hourly our food closet. Attended weekly internship workshops to build skills in teamwork, professional development, and personal success.

Programmed various social events throughout the year to promote Greek unity amongst organization that compose the Latinx Greek Council at UCLA. These events would have +75 council members attend. Organized the council’s annual welcome event “Bienvenida”, worked with UCLA event staff to provide a space for the 8 council organizations to present their chapter’s mission and history through speeches, chants and strolls.

Managed the various social media platforms of the Programming Board department, reaching an audience of 2,000+. Created printed and digital marketing materials to promote the department's on-campus events and excursions. Published innovative interactive content to boost dorm residents' involvement.

Programmed events throughout the year to promote and encourage community-building in the UCLA residential dorm community, also known as "the Hill", which consisted of 13,000+ undergraduate student residents. Collaborated with team members to brainstorm events that would foster friendships and enhance the living experience on the Hill.

Represented my residential floor on decisions relating to the programming and budgeting of events in our dormitory building hosted by the Residential Government Student Council.
