Sales Director - Preliminary Design
Current▪ Role: Sales Director responsible for leading sales efforts in the Preliminary Design division, focusing on the company's advanced aerospace software solutions.▪ Key Responsibilities and Skills: - Collaborate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and business processes, creating tailored solution proposals based on the company's offerings. - Effectively deliver the company's value proposition and identify and develop opportunities with internal teams, coordinating demos, proofs of concept, and proposed solutions. - Drive a sales-oriented culture across the organization, mentoring employees to contribute to sales activities. - Develop and conduct compelling sales pitches and presentations via web, phone, or in-person meetings. - Create and manage proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. - Attend industry events to enhance the company's market profile and build relationships. - Design and implement sales campaigns, including social media strategies in collaboration with the marketing department. - Demonstrate a strong work ethic, competitive nature, and the ability to adapt quickly, ensuring continuous improvement and strategy refinement. - Leverage extensive knowledge of the aerospace industry and stay updated on emerging trends (e.g., eVTOLs, hydrogen/hybrid/electric propulsion systems).
