Led the renovation project of a 17-story (76,000 SF) residential high-rise building located on Gold Street, NYC. Oversaw project management teams for capital and maintenance projects of vehicular parking garages located on Spruce St. and on 61st St. Oversaw MEP projects including replacement of chillers, ATSs, steam transfer stations, and hot water tanks for several high-rise buildings.
