Intermonte was successfully listed on the Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) Market on the 21st of October 2021, with a demand about 3 times the offering and a strong participation of foreign investors, amounting to about 40% of the entire demand. Within Intermonte I was the internal responsible for the coordination of all the teams working on the operation (legal, Nomad, IB ECM, auditors, etc.) and the various internal stakeholders, the preparation of the documentation necessary for the listing (admission document, roadshow presentation, press release, etc.), and the IPO roadshow.
