I am a manager with a significant experience matured in a leading multinational operating in the automotive sector. I have enjoyed a career path which has allowed me to take on increasingly wide-ranging and more international roles over the years, acquiring an international experience both in the original equipment tyre market and in the after-market. I spent the first part of my career operating within a technical-commercial environment. I later widened the scope of my commercial experiences and was entrusted with direct responsibility, managing budgets, and defining objectives and results achieved in terms of volumes, turnovers and profitability. I was entrusted with Italian, European and international clients and worked with companies in a variety of situations while developing and aptitude for managing multicultural environments.
