Tasked with leading our Opportunity Zone Panel and attending a variety of workshops centered around legislation affecting Opportunity Zones.I served as an ambassador to the organization at the different events I attend and wrote reports on what each meeting had taught me.I worked closely with our Executive Director in drafting emails, organizing meetings, and writing/submitting grant requests for funding.In addition, I also worked on marketing and increasing our follower base on our social media platforms.

As the Operations Assistant to the Manager of Young Alumni Operations I was tasked with handling our annual Graduation Exposition Program and hiring over 30 student workers. I managed a team of 30 student workers with preparations on customer service training, work scheduling, and duty assignments. As the Operations Assistant I worked and prepared a week long event to prepare our seniors to purchase their Cap and Gown. In addition, I worked closely with various administrators and departments on handling their Regalia orders and making sure they are all received and given to the appropriate person. I also compiled online orders for our graduating seniors across the nation and made sure our data was compliant with school regulations for online purchases.

I provided analysis on the different cases and data presented on the 43 students that disappeared from Aytozinapa, Guerrero. I also provided translation on the different articles created and posted. In addition, to understanding how organized crimes uses different tactics to instill fear and terrorism within Mexico. High level of educational research has been required for this process. Research was done on both American and Mexican scholars regarding the 43 students.

Transcribed data recording in Spanish based on informational interviews with citizens of Peru. Critically analyzed the different tones and words used by the interviewees to make the data more clear. The role helped me understand the ideas of Peruvian culture and the different ideas of social and normative culture within their country.

My role as a Compliance and Community Reinvestment Act intern was to help the Executive Vice President analyze loan files to ensure that no company policies had been violated. In addition, I analyzed loan documentation that had been authorize to small businesses and individuals to make sure no identity theft had taken place or discrimination against the applicant under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act . As an intern I also compiled our quarterly numbers and created charts demonstrating the differences in loan percentage increase/decrease and dollar amount increase/decrease among outside and inside assessment areas.

I previously interned for United States Representative J. Luis Correa, where I helped address the concerns of his constituents along with his District Office Staff. I have also worked on various letters to government branches in concern of constituents' casework. I also assisted in the enrollment of casework into our computer system, while analyzing and correcting any mistakes found or discrepancies within paperwork. I also helped many constituents with immigration, IRS, and SSI services. I was able to direct appropriately to the correct agencies and what paperwork they needed. In addition, to attending events on behalf of Congressman Correa and representing his office and values.

I was one of the eighteen Community Assistants in the California property of Camino del Sol at the University of California, Irvine. My role was to assist with administrative work in the office from access to leasing material, to book keeping organization, and planning over 20 academic programs for the university students and collaborating with a staff of 25 professionals. I also dealt with the safety of our residents by helping them conduct meetings and work closely with the UCI Police Department in cases of illegal drug possession or safety issues with residents.

I previously served as one of the student callers for UCI's University Advancement department where I helped fundraise donations. I contacted alumni, parents, and friends of the university to help raise money to support academic, fellowship, and research opportunties. I previously stood with the top three credit card rate students at 77% and have fundraised over $3,000 dollars for the university.
