Albert J.K. Perkins IV is Founder and Chief Visionary of the CNRG Corp.’s family of companies. CNRG was formed to help clients integrate, simplify and manage their financial affairs through one trusted synergistic relationship. A need was recognized for a multi-disciplinary financial planning organization that would provide assistance in the overall planning of a client's financial affairs (financial/retirement planning, mortgage planning, tax planning and estate planning). CNRG has grown over 80% annually since its inception 3 years ago and continues with exponential growth having 44 offices in 4 states. Recently CNRG has partnered with Lee Brower of the blockbuster book and film The Secret to bring his Brower Quadrant System to guide people on successfully protecting, empowering, and honoring their “true wealth”. Perkins has been a business owner since the early 90’s after purchasing his first house at the young age of 19. He continued to build his estate to 29 homes throughout Hawaii within the next three years and has bought and sold over 250 properties since. He has taught real estate investing to over 200 students in Hawaii who have all been able to purchase investment properties using his proven strategies. In exploring other business opportunities he and his wife have started, bought, sold and taken public dozens of companies helping many lives in the process. He has seen how business has been able to impact not only his life but also the community that he resides.
